The skeleton platform sheet metal parts are stamped from 160 sets of molds, all of which are made of Cr12MOV high-quality mold material. All automotive specific panels need to undergo a series of production and processing processes such as blanking, forming, and stamping.
To ensure stable welding quality and uniform welding seam,the skeleton welding adopts Eston welding robot, which greatly improves the production efficiency and controls the welding quality.
The welded workpiece adopts electrostatic
spraying method, and the paint is sprayed into fog through high pressure. With the adsorption of static electricity, it is evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece and solidified, so as to achieve beauty.
